Request deletion without the app

You can request deletion of your FlareMeet (Social Meet) account and associated personal data by emailing inbox@mail.flaremeet.app. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Use the subject “FlareMeet account and data deletion request” and include your account email or phone number and username or user ID. Send from your registered email if possible. If you no longer have access to it, explain that so we can arrange an ownership check. Never send your password, verification codes, or payment-card details.

Email a deletion request

This opens your email application. Send the email to submit your request; clicking the link alone does not delete an account. If no email app opens, copy the address above into your email service.

Delete from the app

1. Open FlareMeet and go to your profile, then Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete Account.
3. Select a reason and enter the account email and password requested on the screen.
4. Read the permanent-deletion warning and confirm only when you are ready.

If you signed in through Apple or Google and cannot complete the password step, use the email request above.

What deletion means

Account deletion is permanent. Your request covers your account, profile, uploaded photos and videos, posts, stories, messages, connections, and associated personal data held by FlareMeet. You will lose access to the account and its virtual balances.

For email requests, support first verifies ownership and confirms the scope and status of deletion. Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, or disputes. We will explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Copies saved by other users and records held independently by Apple or Google are outside our account-deletion process.

You can also request deletion of specific personal data without closing your account; describe the data in your email. Some information is necessary to keep an account working.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the store where you purchased them. Refund requests follow the store's rules and applicable law.
