FlareMeet app licence

FlareMeet (Social Meet) is provided by CueBytes LLC for adults aged 18 and over. This page explains the software licence for each platform. Use of the service is also subject to our Terms and Conditions, Child Safety Standards, and Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store

For the iOS app, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies unless a custom EULA is expressly provided with your App Store version. Follow that link to read the full agreement. This page does not replace the applicable Apple agreement.

Android licence

For the Android app, CueBytes LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable Google Play rules. The app is licensed, not sold. CueBytes LLC and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and other intellectual property.

You must not resell, sublicense, remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, or copy or modify the app beyond what this licence permits. Restrictions on reverse engineering do not apply where applicable law or a component's open-source licence expressly permits it. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

Updates, privacy, and termination

Updates may be required to continue using supported features. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You may end the Android licence by uninstalling the app and stopping its use. We may terminate or suspend that licence for a breach of these terms or as required to protect the service. On termination, stop using and remove the app. Uninstalling alone does not delete an account or cancel subscriptions; see account deletion.

Warranties and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the Android app is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. No clause removes statutory consumer guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable app-store purchase and refund rules continue to apply.
