Using FlareMeet

These terms govern your use of FlareMeet, also known as Social Meet, operated by CueBytes LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Our Privacy Policy, Child Safety Standards, and End User Licence Agreement explain related rules and information.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not misrepresent your age, impersonate someone, or create an account for a minor. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for your use of the service.

Conduct and safety

Do not use FlareMeet for harassment, threats, stalking, hate, fraud, spam, trafficking, illegal activity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or infringement of another person's rights. Pornographic or sexually explicit content is prohibited. Do not bypass security, misuse another account, or manipulate purchases, virtual gifts, or engagement.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are strictly prohibited, including grooming, solicitation, sexual extortion, and material involving anyone under 18. Follow our Child Safety Standards.

Use available report and block controls, or contact inbox@mail.flaremeet.app about abuse. Do not send suspected CSAM as an email attachment. Use caution when sharing information or meeting people; we cannot guarantee another user's identity, conduct, or a successful match.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and must have the rights and consent needed to share it. You grant CueBytes LLC a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and protect the service, consistent with your settings and our Privacy Policy. This does not give us ownership of your content.

We may review reports, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations, safety reasons, or legal requirements. Contact us to dispute an enforcement decision.

Purchases, coins, and subscriptions

Prices and purchase conditions are shown before payment. App-store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also subject to the relevant Apple or Google terms and applicable law. Manage recurring subscriptions through the store where you purchased them.

Virtual coins and gifts are for use within supported app features and do not represent ownership in FlareMeet. Do not trade them outside authorised features. Any eligible redemption is subject to the requirements shown for that feature. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or outages. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

Leaving the service and changes

You may stop using FlareMeet and request account and data deletion at any time. Account deletion is permanent. Obligations that should reasonably survive termination, including outstanding lawful payment obligations and protections for intellectual property, continue as applicable.

We will publish revised terms here and provide notice of material changes where required. Contact us first if you have a dispute; your rights under mandatory local law remain available.
